Returns / Refunds

We at BB Candle Co. take special care in making every product offered. So when it comes time to pack your order, we take extra care to try and make sure there are no issues once you receive it.

In the event you receive your order damaged, please contact us at info@bbcandleco.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure you provide your order number and photos of the damaged item/s.

​

Once we have reviewed your email, we may be able to offer the following:

  • Replacement of the damaged item/s, at no cost to the customer;

  • Full refund for the damaged item/s (shipping costs are not refundable)

​

Unfortunately we are not able to provide a refund/exchange for simply change of mind. Also, if the item as a description of 'these candles are ones that have not quite met the quality control process', the are not eligible for refund. 

​

These provisions do not apply to any custom orders or wholesale transactions. These will be subject to individual contracts.

​

Order Cancellations

Unfortunately BB Candle Co.  not able to cancel orders once processed.

Domestic

The majority of our candles are produced just for you in order to guarantee the longest possible colour and smell retention. 

​

After receiving your email with your order confirmation, orders will be processed in 5 business days (excluding weekends and Public holidays). The processing of big orders will take a little long. However, we will notify you of any delays. 

​

Orders received after business hours (5 p.m. Sydney time, AEST/AEDST) are taken into account as having been placed the next business day. 

​

Either Australia Post or Sendle will be used to ship orders. Package tracking is available with both choices.

​

All parcels will be classed as 'Authority to leave' - This means a signature will not be required when delivered. In the event you are not home, Australia Post will try and leave your parcel in a safe location. 

If the parcel is to be delivered to a business address, please provide instructions as to where parcel is to be left e.g. with Reception etc.

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days):

Flat rate of $12.00

*Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders over $99.00. This excludes Wholesale/bulk orders and International orders.

  • Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days):

Flat rate of $20.00

​

  • Local Delivery

Local delivery in the below postcodes is offered, free of charge.  

Delivery will be between 1-5 business days, and contact with you will be made prior to delivering your order.

Please note: some local deliveries will be made of an afternoon, after 5pm Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend delivery.

Additional Postcodes: 2320, 2323 & 2322 - Please note depending on your location, delivery will be scheduled of an afternoon, after 5pm or on weekends.          

 

International 

New Zealand's international shipping costs are computed at the time of purchase depending on weight and location.

Please email us at info@bbcandleco.com.au if you are outside of tNew Zealand and would want to make a purchase from our site. We will do our best to respond to you as soon as possible with choices or quotations. 

​

Reminder: It is your responsibility to give us a precise and comprehensive delivery address, including the recipient's name. If for some reason we are provided with the incorrect information, we are not responsible if your items are delivered to the incorrect address or to the wrong person. 

​

• If packages are left unattended at your delivery address, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
